Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The quote and invoice generators are free forever, with no usage limits, no credit card required, and no trial clock counting down. We want every tradie to be able to send a professional-looking quote, even if they never pay us a cent.
What's included in Pro?
Everything. Job tracker, client manager, your own business website, portfolio builder, review collector, pricing calculator, email & SMS templates, and the marketing checklist. One flat price unlocks the lot.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
No — and that's intentional. Instead of a 7- or 14-day trial, we give you the two most-used tools free forever so you can get real value before you ever consider upgrading. When you're ready for more, Pro is $19/month flat.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your dashboard in a couple of clicks. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop back to the free plan. You'll never be locked in.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your quotes, invoices, business details and logo all stay right where they are — those tools are on the free plan. The Pro-only tools are simply locked until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
If TradieKit isn't working for you in the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund that month. After that, you can cancel anytime and you won't be billed again.
Why is pricing in US dollars?
TradieKit is built for tradies all over the world — Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada, the US and everywhere in between. Pricing in USD means every tradie pays the same fair rate no matter where they're based. Your bank or card provider will handle the conversion automatically at the live exchange rate.
Will the price ever go up?
If we ever raise the price, existing Pro members keep their current rate for as long as their subscription stays active. Lock in $19/month today and it stays $19/month.
Do you take a cut of my jobs or invoices?
Never. TradieKit is a flat monthly subscription. Whether you do $1,000 or $100,000 of work through it, the price is the same. Your money is your money.
I have a bigger team — can we share an account?
Right now, Pro is a single-user account. Team plans are on the roadmap — if you need one sooner, drop us an email and let us know what you need.
